Appointment expectations: In an effort to best serve my clients, please refer to the following spa policies. LATE ARRIVALS I ask that clients call me and notify me if you will be arriving late for their scheduled appointment. The appointment may need to be rescheduled to a different time. CANCELLATIONS I ask at least 24-hour notice to reschedule or cancel appointments. We reserve the right to payment in full on a same day cancellation. NO-SHOWS Clients who fail to show for appointments may be subject to pay the full amount of the service price.
